<p>It comprises of a Digital Tuner with all Freeview channels. The picture quality is doubled with Progressive scan feature. The recordable media types are DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD+RW, DVD-RW. Besides it can play several media types such as CD, DivX, VCD, CDR, MP3 and JPEG. It also supports HDMI upscaling feature and this makes it one of the best models available today.</p>
<p>Easy and quick connectivity is possible with 1 HDMI connection, Component video connection, 2 Scart sockets, 2 RGB enabled scart socket, S-Video output, Digital Coaxial input and Front Audio and video inputs. PAL/NTSC playback for region 2 is only allowed. Menu and screensaver option is also supported in this device. Excellent audio performance is offered with Dolby Digital.<b> Toshiba DR20KB Progressive Scan DVD Recorder</b> is also very energy efficient and consumes 22 watts during use and 0.6watts on stand by mode.</p>
